App designed to allow learning and training psychological techniques to reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression. It is not intended to replace medication or consultations with health professionals, but to allow the learning of symptom management techniques in the best possible way, increasing resilience to deal with these symptoms. It also allows, if the user wants, to link his account to the health professionals who support him. This app is part of a doctoral project in medicine.
