Thiruvanthapuram Municipal Corporation has developed Green Trivandrum mobile app to assist its citizen get various online services related to waste management.
Using this app,
(1)Citizens can raise a request for waste management services, know the schedule of the service providers, raise complaints related to waste management services as well as rate the service providers.
(2) The app will also assist citizens to locate the nearest Material Recovery Facility (MRF) and Community Composting Facilities set up by the Corporation.
(3) Citizens can report cases of unauthorized waste dumping and littering via a facility provided in the app.
(4) Citizens can raise special service requests and also make use of the self-service option for waste management available at the Aerobic & Material Recovery Facility (MRF).
