The Bakery Dolce Forno De Tommaso is a family-run business founded in 1983 by Francesco De Tommaso, who after gaining various experiences in the sector, decides to open the first office in Torre Santa Susanna.
It is now present with various offices in the province of Brindisi, operating in the production and distribution of fresh and dried bakery products, in the preparation of ready meals and fresh artisan pastries and in the management of catering at its own facilities or at the customers' homes through its empire catering division.
The current corporate structure is represented by the second generation of the family, in particular with their two sons Antonio and Piero, flanked daily by its founder, who leads a process of continuity and renewal.
In particular, Antonio gained experience at a national and international level thanks to his enrollment in 2000 in the richemont club, an international non-profit organization that supports its members at the top in the bakery and pastry sector by offering various training opportunities and insights to promote specialization in the profession also through courses, internships, international symposia, company visits.

Antonio, thanks to his commitment and values ​​demonstrated, soon became vice president within the club, also coming second in the Italian pastry championship for teams in 2006 and second in the 2007 European championship.
