ubitime is a simple and user-friendly time recording with GPS location recognition for the business sector. Record your work and break times based on the latest telematics technology. Location detection is used for automatic time recording: trips to a customer or to the construction site are automatically recorded and assigned cost centers. You can also easily run activity reports: select an activity or a project and the app calculates the time for this task until you mark it as completed.

The location is done via GPS and WIFI. This means that automatic location detection is also available in closed rooms.
Core working hours, working days and automatic switching on and off are freely configurable.

Web platform and cloud functionality

You can call up, analyze, save and export the recorded working hours and the activity reports via the cloud platform ubinam Tracking Live and export them in various file formats.

You also have the option to have the reports automatically sent to you by email. In addition, the reports can be integrated into external payroll systems.

Driven routes and places visited can be called up using the location recognition in the Tracking Live web application.
