NOTICE OF VOIP DATA VIA MOBILE/CELLULAR

Some mobile network operators may prohibit or restrict the use of VoIP functionality over their network and may also charge additional fees or other charges associated with VoIP.

EMERGENCY CALLS

SoftPhone ToD will redirect emergency calls to the native cellular dialer when possible based on commercially reasonable best efforts. However, this functionality also depends on the mobile phone's operating system which is beyond our control and is subject to change at any time.

It is therefore recommended not to use this or any other softPhone application to make emergency calls, preferring for such events the use of a cellular network or landline network.
