This App allows older people to be classified, based on the conclusions made within the framework of the Erasmus+ project called Vivifrail (www.vivifrail.com), based on their risk of loss of functional capacity, dependency and risk of falls. The multicomponent physical training program is based on a series of exercises that will allow, depending on the level of functional capacity of the elderly (severe limitation, moderate limitation and mild limitation), and will allow the development of:

• Strength and power, both arms and legs.
• Balance and walking, in order to avoid falls.
• Flexibility.
• Resistance through cardiovascular exercises.

By following these simple programs, an elderly person can improve functional capacity, as well as avoid frailty syndrome and the risk of falls.
