Phoenix 2 is a handheld table ordering solution for use with the Uniwell HX series of Point of Sale terminals.

Phoenix 2 uses the existing program (clerks, products, prices) from the users Uniwell HX POS terminal to allow a waiter to take orders at the table.

Before using the APP it must be connected to the same LAN as the Uniwell POS terminal, the APP will then be registered to that POS terminal and download the current POS Program.

From there the user can login using an existing POS clerk code, select a table to assign the order to then record the products ordered by the table.

Once the order is complete, pressing the store button will store the transaction back to the POS terminal for later recall / payment.

Open tables can be recalled and payments recorded if payments are taken in cash, by card (using a separate terminal) or using the integrated link to Dojo.
