DockSite is an indispensable tool for all modern and future-oriented marina operations, whether club or marina. In the port office, employees create work orders such as crane appointments, slip appointments, etc. in Up2Boat Marina Management, which are then immediately displayed to the port employees in the DockSite app.
The harbor master and his employees see an overview of all the orders for the day, accept work packages, work them through and add services and products that have arisen during implementation. No wishes remain unfulfilled. DockSite offers full integration of IP based crane scales. The weighing results are then transferred directly to the order and processed. Of course, DockSite also supports functions such as zeroing the crane scales or deducting the tare weight of a crane traverse. Of course, not only crane work orders can be managed, but also slip work orders and many more.

After completing a work package, the customer can pay the order directly to the processor in cash or on account. For customers who want to pay in cash, we have implemented the requirements of the DSFin-VK in DockSite in accordance with the legal requirements of BaFin and integrated a TSE (technical security device). After completion of an order, a legally compliant receipt is generated, which is printed out directly on the optional receipt printer, including the TSE signature. This makes DockSite the first mobile marina management company to integrate a TSE directly into the app.
Customers don't want to pay cash? Also no problem. With just one click, all order items are transferred to Up2Boat marina management. After completing the order, the customer goes to the office of the port administration to pick up his invoice there, or he can have it sent to him directly by email from Up2Boat Marina Management.

DockSite also works seamlessly with the Up2Boat app, which will also be released shortly. Customers can use the QR code of the Up2Boat app to register themselves and their boat directly with the harbor master without any great formalities, who then quickly and conveniently transfers the data to DockSite and thus Up2Boat marina management with a short scan.

The port office and staff are in constant contact via DockSite. Thanks to Up2Boat marina management, the port office always knows which employee is currently working on which order. If an ad hoc order comes up, the employees quickly find a suitable employee to make an appointment.

DockSite is available for free download in the Apple and Android app stores. However, DockSite only works in connection with the premium version of Up2Boat marina management.
