Definition
Ben PayU is a Mobile Banking service for customers to carry out banking transactions via cellphones or smartphones. Ben PayU services can be used by using a menu that is available through an application that can be downloaded and installed by the customer. Ben PayU offers the convenience of full 1X24Hours transactions without holidays.

Features
Ben PayU service features include information services (balance, account transfer, interest rates, and the nearest branch location); and transaction services, such as transfers, bill payments (electricity, water, internet), credit purchases, and various other features.

Procedure
To use Ben PayU, customers must first register at the nearest Ben Silatu office. Customers can take advantage of the Ben PayU service by accessing the menu that is already available on the application installed on the cellphone. If a Ben PayU customer uses an application installed on a cellphone, the customer must first download and install the application on the cell phone. When opening the application, the customer must enter a User-ID and password to log in, then the customer can select the available transaction menu and is asked to enter the OTP when executing the transaction.
