CamPay is a mobile app that enables you to pay or receive funds offline. It is a credit card free app and works offline by just scanning a qrcode of user who wishes to receive funds. Although qr code is the main technology, entering the designated account details manually is still supported. Currently supported for Nigerian banks with active USSD codes.
