Real Care is a free wellbeing app developed for real estate professionals in Australia and New Zealand, designed to assist with mental health and wellness challenges faced in your day-to-day life.

Real Care provides evidence-based, preventative tools that can help to boost your mood, mind, physical and social wellbeing. It can help to get your stress under control, measure and track your wellbeing over time and put you in touch with support if you need it. It also includes a financial management tool to help alleviate stress related to financial management.


Real Care helps you:

• Manage stressful situations, and regain control of your emotions and thoughts during stressful times;
• Measure and track your wellbeing over time;
• Manage your finances through the 'Real Budget’ feature - an in-app financial management tool;
