This APP is a research APP designed by the 112th National Science Council Special Research Project (Project Number: NSTC 112-2314-B-037-026). It is used to collect information on subjects participating in the research and perform data analysis.
• Subject inclusion conditions (those who meet the following conditions are suitable to participate in this study)
(1) Pregnant women who are over 20 years old and whose gestation period is less than (inclusive) 32 weeks (with 2 months of interventional measures);
(2) Those who can listen, speak, read and write Chinese and can fill in the questionnaire by themselves;
(3) Those who agree to participate in the research after the research is explained;
(4) Own and use a smartphone (including Android system or iOS system).
• Subject exclusion conditions (those who have the following conditions will not be able to participate in this study)
(1) Foreign pregnant women;
(2) People with chronic diseases or mental illnesses (for example: cardiovascular-related diseases, schizophrenia, psychosis, etc., which may affect whether or not to be vaccinated, unable to communicate normally during research interviews, or unable to fill in the questionnaire normally) By);
(3) It is not suitable to receive the influenza vaccine as assessed by a physician (meaning that a pregnant woman has had a severe allergic reaction to any component or trace residue of the influenza vaccine and is not suitable for vaccination as assessed by a physician; or the pregnant woman currently has fever or symptoms of acute infection and the physician recommends Postponing influenza vaccination); (4) Pregnant women who have received influenza vaccine during the annual influenza season.
The content of this APP is divided into seven major items:
1. Influenza e-Guide: Understand the influenza virus, influenza symptoms, effects of influenza, preventive measures, and medical advice.
2. Vaccine e-Guide: Understand vaccine types, vaccination timing, vaccine safety, vaccine effectiveness, and adverse reaction cases.
3. Vaccination map
4. Calendar: You can customize new events and record the vaccination date and itinerary.
5. Vaccination report: fill in and record the vaccination date and itinerary, vaccination reaction survey, and fill in the satisfaction questionnaire.
6. Happy Mommy Stress Index: Record the stress test scores and display them with light signals to understand the psychological status of pregnant women.
7. Question set: Add administrators and consulting experts to actively respond to user questions and record and classify the Q&A process, as well as expand information related to pregnancy or childbirth.
