Glow-worm are excited to launch our new installer app, MiGo Xpert. It will allow Glow-worm installers to monitor their customers boilers, enabling proactive customer support.
MiGo Xpert works together with the boiler, control and MiGo Link gateway, through the eBUS communication protocol. This benefit allows the installer to see any problems in real-time, which enhances the support to their customers.
Some other benefits of the MiGo Xpert includes:
• Detailed information including fault history, appliance production, installation processes, appliance documents and a secure customer database
• Time programmes allow the installer to set or adjust when the customer requests
• Immediate notifications on boiler faults, including advanced updates on low water pressure
• Diagnostic insights on how to rectify faults and intelligent repairs to tell the installer which parts they need before they arrive
• Scheduled service and repair visits through the failure and part insights
• Enhanced connectivity allowing multiple users can be on one account
