The Amalgamated Benefits app provides responsive, user-friendly design portals that automatically adjust screens to the user’s device. Searches can be conducted using various fields, including: Employee, Broker, Employer Group and Subsidiary. A Member Policy Look Up feature gives easy access to pertinent policy details. The app also enables users to quickly access and view premium and claims details.

Brokers will appreciate that the app gives them access to all of their commission payment details, as well as Loss Ratio and Claims Summary Reports.

The Amalgamated Benefits app’s new and enhanced Analytic Reporting is powered by VBAnalytics, a robust cloud-based platform. Users will have access to a set of standard reports categorized by broker, client and individual policy holder. These reports include: Premium and Claims Information, Broker Commissions, Loss Ratio and Triangle Lag.

There is also the ability for users to create ad hoc reports and generate complete independent data analyses by leveraging the app’s various data models. To maintain data protection, the app features two-factor authentication.
