The inspection app will document and report what is required to either confirm the mitigation system is compliant
with the current SGM-SF or provide enough information for the client to understand what is required to make the
property comply. The app will allow inspectors certified by the National Radon Proficiency Program (NRPP) to
systematically record the key elements, including photos, of the installation including the: System Monitor and
Label; Duct Piping; Exhaust Termination; ASD Fan; Electrical; Sealing Floor & Wall Cracks; Sump Requirements (if
applicable); Sub-membrane depressurization requirements (if applicable); and Block wall depressurization
requirements (if applicable).
