Once a user places a quotation request, the vendor receives a notification and can review the details. The vendor then adds the pricing and updates the quotation. After the user accepts the quotation, it is automatically converted into an official order. The vendor then prepares the products for delivery. Once the order is delivered, the vendor updates the delivery status in the app, ensuring the user stays informed about the order's progress. This entire flow, from registration to delivery, enables vendors to efficiently manage their stock and respond to user requests, providing a seamless experience for both the vendor and the user.
