Safe Defender is the innovative App that allows you to manage control units and security systems from your remote tablet and smartphone devices.

Thanks to Safe Defender and the Safe Board device it is possible to communicate two-way even with security control units without a specific remote control system. The Safe Board device allows you to remote control the control panel by connecting to it via the serial port and to the network via a normal Ethernet cable. Through Safe Defender you can:
- View all the control panel states in real time
- View the states of all elements (areas, zones, exits, etc.) in real time
- View the events detected by the control panel
- Send commands to the control panel for each individual element (area, zone, exit, etc.) as you would do live on your system
- Receive immediate push notifications in case of alarms and/or faults

Safe Defender also allows you, if you wish, to request remote intervention from the trusted installer who installed the remote control system. If necessary, you can enable your installer to connect remotely to your control unit for a maximum period of 6 hours, without having to give him a password or other types of access. The installer will be able to view states and events and send commands exactly as you do, without you ever having to give up control of your system.

To use Safe Defender on your system you must contact your trusted installer and request the installation of a Safe Board to enable your control panel for remote control. Once this activity has been carried out, the installer will provide you with a user through which you can enter Safe Defender and start managing your system remotely.
