Start Being Healthy in a simple and fun way with SEBLE (Be Healthy).

This application was born from the research group SALBIS (Health, Welfare, Engineering and Social and Health Sustainability) of the University of León with the aim of improving the eating habits, physical activity and stress management of its users.

Today there are many existing applications to manage physical activity or diet on a day-to-day basis and, for this reason, we have thought of adding added value to this application with respect to the existing ones. In this application you will not only be able to manage the physical activity you do every day, but you will also be able to:
- Monitor your mood.
- Manage your levels of healthy habits according to scientifically validated questionnaires.
- Get recommendations to improve one of the three most important legs to maintain a healthy life: diet, physical activity and mental health.

There are not many applications that offer help or advice to manage stress and avoid, for example, burnout (chronification of work stress in people).

This application also has the typical functionalities of a social network and, as time goes by, improvements will be added.
