Frequent headaches? My Headache is a digital headache diary in which you can enter many details about your headaches. This will help you better understand and treat your headache.

The app allows you to enter your pain in detail and individually. This way you can see when and how often your headaches occur and what their triggers and symptoms could be. Medication intake plus the use of other treatment methods can also be read.

My Headache is a Viatris app and is recommended by the Swiss Headache Society. User interface tested by people diagnosed with migraines or tension headaches.

Key Features & Functions
• Simple step-by-step instructions on how to use the functions.
• Calendar feature shows headache patterns with an overview of when headaches occur, how long they last and if women's pain is related to the menstrual cycle.
View: Calendar, list view or graphical representation (bar chart) possible.
• Treatment overview documents which medication you take for headaches, in what quantity and also shows your non-drug treatments (e.g. water, sleep).
• Reports contain detailed summaries of your entries. Possibility to send the reports directly from the app as CVS or PDF files with entries of up to 12 months.
• Add or remove individual symptoms, triggers or treatment options for your headaches via settings. Women can create menstrual cycle entries.
• Valuable tips for you on everything to do with headaches.
