"Flyproject envisions a new generation of fitness, led by a passionate breed of fitness professionals creating fun group workout projects to challenge, encourage and guide you to a better version of yourself. Here, the Fly team believes that the only way to bridge the gap between where we are and where we want to be is through action.
Using our state of the art Reformer machines, this low impact workout will improve your strength, flexibility, coordination and overall fitness. Open to all, with no previous pilates experience required, our trainers will guide you through a fun filled 50 minute session. Expect dynamic movements, isolated muscle holds and moves to the beat of the music.

Sculpt, tone, and define your body with each 50-minute group Reformer Pilates class.
FLYREFORMER FLOW
Beginner
Flow exercises involve simple and straightforward movements with a maximum of one added layer in each exercise. Focus will be on refinement and alignment cues, and there may be more frequent changes to the setup.
FLYREFORMER SCULPT
Intermediate
The Sculpt class will see more complex and dynamic movements with up to 3 layers in each exercise to further sculpt your body. Instructors will provide cues for how to move and refine your technique. Flowing from one exercise to another (e.g. squat to plank) and repeating for a few reps can engage larger muscle groups with bigger movements.
FLYREFORMER TONE
Advanced
Focusing on progression & control, the Tone class will have you working through complex reformer pilates sequences. Designed to build strength and precision in your movements. This class is choreographed for those who have an understanding of the reformer pilates machine and are looking to advance their movements.
