My Victoria is a digital loyalty application from PT Victoria Investama intended for customers of Victoria Sekuritas Indonesia and Victoria Alife Indonesia. This application allows customers to manage points, exchange rewards, access financial products, and monitor loyalty activities independently, right from the palm of their hand.

? Secure Registration & Login
Customers can register independently or through invitation. The login process is equipped with captcha, OTP, PIN, and biometrics for maximum security.
? Interactive Dashboard
Displays the number of active points, points that will expire, total points that have been exchanged, active vouchers, and quick access to the catalog of rewards and financial products from Victoria group entities.
? Daily Check-In & Invite a Friend Mission
Daily check-in and invite a friend mission provide an opportunity to earn additional points consistently and enjoyably.
? Gift Catalog
There are various types of gifts that can be exchanged using points:
Merchandise (souvenirs from VICO)
E-vouchers Alfamart, Indomaret, OVO, DANA, GoPay, PLN, etc.
Internal vouchers (type D)

Customers can choose gifts from the catalog, add them to the basket, and check out with a PIN or biometrics. Notifications of success and gift delivery status are available.

Monitor the delivery status of gifts that have been successfully exchanged in real-time.

Type A: shown directly to the cashier
Type B: automatically entered into the customer's cellphone number
Type C: requires ID input (such as PLN/game token)

See detailed history of points earned, expired, exchanged, and voucher usage history. All are automatically recorded in the system.
? Connection to Victoria Financial Services
Connect My Victoria account with accounts from other entities (Victoria Securities / Alife) via microsite, API, or secure manual process. The system will record all activities.
? Manage Profile Independently
Customers can change their profile photo, nickname, and password directly in the application. Changes to email, cellphone number, or domicile address require system validation and verification.
? Reset Password & PIN
Forgot password and PIN reset features are available via email & OTP verification. PIN is used for point exchange authorization and account protection.
? My Card Page
Display level, total points, points will expire, and active voucher badges. Also contains shortcuts to financial products, available vouchers, and merchandise.
⚙️ Permanent Account Closure
Customers can permanently delete their accounts through the settings menu. The process includes confirmation, reason survey, PIN or biometric input, and system logs.
