We currently only deliver to addresses within Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. You can check if your pincode is serviceable on the checkout page.
Delivery Options & Charges
Standard Delivery (within 3 days): FREE
Same-day Delivery: ₹100 (Available for orders placed before 3 PM)
Scheduled Delivery: ₹50 (Choose a specific date and time slot for your convenience)
Delivery Timeline
For Standard Delivery, we aim to deliver your order within 3 business days. For Same-day and Scheduled deliveries, your order will arrive on the selected day and time slot. You will receive a notification once your order is out for delivery.

Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order from the "My Orders" page as long as its status is "Processing". Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
To cancel an order, navigate to your account's order history, find the relevant order, and select the "Cancel Order" option from the menu.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
For all prepaid orders that are cancelled, a full refund will be initiated to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
Returns and Quality Issues
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you are not satisfied with the quality of a product you have received, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery.
Please provide photos of the product and your order details. We will review your complaint and, if validated, we will provide a refund or a replacement on your next order.
