This app enables VIP Repair Center to manage the tickets assigned to them by their respective collection point. The Repair Center can log in to his account and can view the list of all collection point assigned to them, and the tickets assigned by them. Repair Center can view the ticket details and can start working on a ticket by entering OTP value. To close a ticket Repair Center can select the proper status and upload the product image as a proof of work.
