These recordings of Goenkaji conducting group sits (one-hour of meditation) for old students of Vipassana, were recorded at various locations. Each begins with a few minutes of chanting followed by meditation instructions. Some have more instructions throughout the hour and others are silent for about fifty minutes. They all end with a few minutes of chanting, and metta.
