- BUG FIX: Accepting a Lead now works correctly like it did before 1.16

- Job decline reasons consolidated.
- Add / Edit Client now accepts a person's name or a business name.
- Job address added to front page of calendar if available.
- For Credit Card payments, it is now more obvious if there are fields not filled in correctly.
- Invoice number now appears on Credit Card History screen.
- BUG FIX: Removed duplicates from the the Job History screen.
