Virtua Health Connect is a personal health care app that delivers an individualized experience for Virtua Health patients by connecting you to helpful information and resources related to your specific health care conditions and care – from tips and detailed articles to important appointment information, screening reminders, follow-up care and more.

You will receive an email invitation from Virtua Health Connect with instructions on how to enroll and access your specific health care journey through the app. The email will also contain a one-time activation code that you will need when first getting started. Journeys are available for certain health conditions, and access to the journey manager is by invitation only.
