VCS Content Builder provides hosts an easy way to create content for Virtual Concierge Service. Instead of typing in all your content on your computer, you can walk through your vacation rental property and record useful information for your guests using your voice, or type brief descriptions. Alexa or Google Assistant will then deliver that information when your guest asks about it.

If you have a voice assistant device in your vacation rental that has a screen, you can also take pictures and record videos that will help you explain things for your guests. For example, you may have a trick to get a fire started in the fireplace without smoking up the house - a video is a great way to show-and-tell how to do that.

Once you login with your VCS account, you will see your properties. From there, choose the property that you would like to add content for. Then just scroll through the available topics that you can provide information to you guests about. Pick one, and share a brief description to help them with that item. Your content will automatically be synced, and your voice assistant will be ready to deliver it in response to a guest’s question about that topic.
