. If you are the entity where the events are held or you are a planner, you can:

> Define different spaces and table arrangements.
> Generate PDFs of your spaces and distributions.
> Associate the most suitable space and distribution with your clients to hold their events.
>> The APP is free and you must pay for events (they must be tested) and extra spaces (2 initial ones).
>> In the event that the client unsubscribes from the APP, the event will be recovered.

. If you are the client who holds the event:

> Create the guest list with the APP or use Excel sheets from the APP itself, use them externally and import them later.
> Define different guest distributions in the given space and distribution.
> Generate PDFs and Excel sheets of the distributions made.
>> The APP is free and there is no cost.
