Register and log in to your account.

After entering your basic information, click “Next” to start the measurement.

The measuring process takes approximately 60 seconds, and the app will automatically navigate to the "Result" page once the measurement is complete.

Place your face within the oval outline and remain still during the measurement process.

Vitalyser's Heart Rate, HRV, Blood Pressure, Blood Oxygen, Breath, and Stress Index measurements are not intended for medical use in diagnosing or monitoring any medical condition and are only designed for general healthcare and wellness purposes.
