The condominium must be registered in the application, free of charge, so that a unique and compartmentalized environment can be created with its information, such as the list of units, improvements (such as parking spaces, party rooms and other facilities).
This request for registration of the condominium in the application can be made directly through the application (recommended) or through contact on our website - https://vizinhosnaweb.com - at no cost.
After including the condominium registration, the condominium owners (residents) request to include access to the condominium environment also through the application, free of charge.
Access requests from residents are directed to the Manager for approval or rejection. After approval of the resident's access by the Manager, the resident can now access the condominium environment. The Vizinhosnaweb team does not approve or reject access requests from residents.
