Main functions of the application:
- Online map:
+ View planning map with 3 types of background: land parcel background, map background and no photo background.
+ View information by clicking directly on the parcel on the map.
+ Search the information of the parcel of land by Number of sheets, plot number or by Coordinates.
- Submit application for planning certificate via internet.
- Look up the status of the submitted application.

The planning information includes:
- Zoning planning
- Detailed planning
- Sector planning boundaries (technical infrastructure, railway)
- Site clearance boundary, land acquisition
- Highway information
