What is the Municipal Ombudsman?
It's a direct line of communication between citizens and the City, which aims to improve the quality of services offered to the population.

How it works?
The Ombudsman receives information from citizens and forwards them to the responsible agencies so that they can answer them and solve them.

When the Ombudsman should be triggered?
When citizens have any questions, suggestions or complaints. When the body of the Municipality sought for some reason, has not provided answer or solution to a particular request. And when the service requested by the citizen does not run within the period stipulated by the responsible agency.

To trigger the Ombudsman, the citizen must identify?
Yes, the Ombudsman does not process information without identification, but when necessary keeps confidential personal data, because only then can give an adequate return to the citizen.

What should be informed the Ombudsman?
full name, social security number, email, phone and address. The complaint, suggestion or question clearly containing information on the location, the fact and date of the incident.
