The aim of this application is much greater than to just layout some steps for you to follow in order to build solid muscle mass. This application aims to arm you with enough new knowledge, skills and experience that you are then able to share and help other people too.
You will learn and understand the core concepts of developing muscle in terms of training and more importantly, nutrition. You will see what your body is capable of becoming when your muscles are worked out effectively and fueled properly, placing your body in an ideal state to develop muscle mass.
This application contains both a full 12-weeks workout and nutrition plan, suitable for consumers of animal foods, vegetarians and vegans.
In this application we discuss the mental and psychological aspects of the gym including how you can overcome self-doubt and remain motivated. You will also learn useful tips on how you can monitor and track your progress throughout the duration of this plan. Nutrition is covered in great detail outlining what you need to be consuming in order to correctly fuel your body to make great gains. The final section of this application will cover the training aspect of gaining muscle, equipping you with tips and advice on how to get the most out of your gym sessions, before listing a full 12 weeks training plan designed to maximize your gains.
After completing week 12… You’re done!
You can come back to this plan again and again in the future and continue again for another 12 weeks going even further than you went the first time. Seeing just how far you can take things with your body will leave you amazed. But it is up to you to take it there.
