Friends of Islamic Studies, this chair verse has a very exalted position. In an authentic hadith from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, it is stated that this is the greatest verse contained in the Koran. As in the question asked by the Prophet to Ubay bin Ka'ab, "Which is the greatest verse in the Book of Allah?" Ubay answered, "Verse of chairs." So he sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam patted Ubay's chest then said, "O Abu Mundzir, I hope you are happy with the knowledge you have." (HR. Muslim).
