Prophet Yakup AS was the son of Prophet Ishaq and Rebekah, grandson of Prophet Ibrahim AS. In the story of the prophet, Prophet Yakup had a twin brother named Ishu. Prophet Jacob continued the preaching of his parents, Prophet Ishak AS and his grandfather Prophet Ibrahim AS. Jacob also passed on his preaching to his son, Prophet Yusuf AS.
