‣ The heart rate measuring on the watch face is NOT synchronized with Samsung S Health, Google Fit, or any other app. It works independently. To measure your heart rate, put the watch correctly on your wrist, tap the HR measure button on the watch face. While measuring, the heart icon will blink and after a few seconds, a new HR value will appear on the watch face.

‣ Please make sure you have enabled all permissions for the watch face in settings/applications/permissions.
