WATCH FACE INSTALLATION TROUBLESHOOTING:

Q1. Purchased watch face not appearing on your device? After purchasing, watch faces don't automatically appear on your smartwatch. Follow one of these two methods to select the watch face manually:

On your smartwatch:
1. Press and hold your finger on the home screen for 2-3 seconds.
2. When the screen shrinks, swipe left to locate the newly downloaded watch face.
3. Press the home button to set it as your watch face.

In your watch app on your smartphone:
1. Open your watch app (e.g., Galaxy Wear or WearOS by Google Smartwatch).
2. Navigate to the watchfaces section.
3. Select the newly purchased watch face.

Q2. New watch face not listed among watchfaces? If the watch face doesn't appear, it may not have finished downloading. Take the following steps:

1. Allow Google up to 5 minutes to synchronize your purchase across devices.
2. Ensure your watch is connected to a Wi-Fi network.
3. To expedite the process, temporarily disable Bluetooth and connect to Wi-Fi for 10 minutes.

If the watch face still doesn't appear, you can manually initiate the download:

2. Log in with the account used for the purchase.
3. Choose the purchased watch face and click "Install on more devices" above the featured images.
4. Select your watch and click "Install on this device."
