LRS(land regularization scheme) of Telangana State ,India .This app calculates charges for Unauthorized Layout Land Regularization who were applied for the above scheme. This app show the how much amount to be paid to the Government though the following charges i.e. Penalization Charges, Layout Regularization charges. In this app, applicant has to be enter Square yards, Present Market Value (Sub- Register Value of Telangana State) per Square Yard and other value that Document Value as mentioned in the document at the time of Registration for calculation of LRS Total Charges.
This app calculates LRS charges as per 1) G.O.Ms.No.131, Dated:31/8/2020 and 2) G.O.Ms.No.135, Dated:16/9/2020.
