4. View the available experts and their profiles. If some experts are unavailable at the time, they will not appear as active. Choose an active expert, or send a notification to a preferred expert if they are unavailable. If the expert becomes available within 5-10 minutes, they will initiate the consultation; otherwise, you can select another expert.

Once you connect with your chosen expert, your account will initially be charged 15 AZN for a 10-minute consultation. The advice session then begins. If the session exceeds the initial duration (you will be notified), you can continue receiving advice at an additional charge of 1.5 AZN per minute.

In case of any issues (e.g., internet disconnection or phone line disruption), you can report it in the notes section, and the operator will allow you to continue with the remaining time limit.
