BST India is a leading manufacturer of quality assurance systems in India for the printing and packaging industry. We cater to our customers across major Indian Cities and Towns.

This mobile application is specifically developed and the usage is restricted to the authorized Service Engineers employed by BST eltromat India Pvt. Ltd. who are on the field due to their work. Users of this app will have dedicated login-ids and passwords. This app is not for general public usage. Field service engineers can keep the back-office informed of their work being performed in the field by regularly synchronizing data up to the server so that the proper actions can be taken.

The Service Engineers will record the details of their visits to respective customers, the queries, issues and its solutions on day to day basis. They will also maintain their upcoming visits, pending visits and completed tasks at the customer's place.

The payment will not happen through this app however, the payment description will be recorded and reported through this app. Further, engineers will also store images of the work in progress and completed work through this app.

This app is the property of and solely owned & managed by BST eltromat India Pvt. Ltd. Any unlawful usage of this app by any person/organization without proper authorization from BST eltromat India Pvt. Ltd. shall be treated as the breach of the company policies.
