The WeCare App is equipped with the following functionalities for the realization of the described purposes:
• Messages: Through this function we share information with employees. Official or fun information about the company and life in the company.
• Surveys: This feature allows us to collect opinions and answers to specific questions. The results are then communicated in the form of messages.

• who's who: the address book contains an overview of the contact details of our employees, in this address book you can easily and quickly contact colleagues by e-mail or by telephone.

• Events: This functionality makes it possible to share a (non-mandatory) activity diary relating to the activities of Vaillant Group Belgium and its employees.
