The SleepMind App makes it possible to keep your own sleep diary and thereby learn more about your own sleep behavior. By getting a more objective view on our sleep, we can better understand and promote it.
Sleep diary
The daily sleep diary records the quality of your sleep for you and gives you an overview of how sleep patterns change over time. For this purpose, a few short questions are simply answered in the morning after getting up and in the evening before going to bed.
Statistics
On the statistics page you get an overview of individual factors of your sleep during the current or past months.
Design
Choose between a light and a dark design. Just as you like.
