WelfareMeet is an initiative that offers member companies an institutional service for designing and implementing corporate welfare plans.

It is a service conceived by Confindustria Vicenza and developed in an interdisciplinary way by sharing the skills and experiences of our professionals

The service includes:

- Analysis of company needs and mapping of the company population;

- Assistance in identifying the most suitable solutions for each individual company;

Technical advice:

- Trade union: assistance in trade union negotiations, drafting of second level agreements and/or company regulations, definition of the basket of flexible benefits,

- Tax: consultancy on flexible benefits, verification of the tax regularity of the basket and of the reimbursement documentation

- Agreements with operators present in the area, which, at advantageous prices, offer member companies goods and services to customize their welfare plan

Web portal to easily collect employee preferences among several goods or services made available within the corporate welfare plan.
