Welcome to the Mind Body Well app!

Inside you will find mindfulness & educational resources, mood & sleep tracking, gratitude journalling, & meal planning modules as well as a whole range of additional tools.

The Mind Body Well app is completely free to use but you need to first be prescribed access to it by your Mind Body Well clinician. Once your clinician has prescribed access to you, you will be sent an SMS with a temporary password. All you need to do then is enter your mobile number along with the temporary password & you will be good to go!
