FIIs & Rendimentos is focused on managing a portfolio of Real Estate Funds.

The objective of the first version is to project the amount received since the first day of the month.
Explaining better, the app presents the data and income declared by the Fii's in the current month and the funds that have not yet been informed (probably by the day of the base date) the app projects the value offered in the previous month, bringing a certain predictability (failure), but useful.


In general, FIIs & Rendimentos delivers less functionality than other follow-up apps and a certain instability.
But it is intended to correct this and deliver features that are not offered by other apps, or that we may not find.
