The Case Status feature of the app gives brokers a view of all of their active submissions as they are processed through Warner Pacific to the carrier. The broker can see these cases as they change from “New”, to “Submitted to Carrier”, to “Approved” and everything in-between! If a group is enrolling through PRO Apply, we even provide links so the broker can track their group’s progress as employees complete applications.

Brokers can also log in to the secure broker dashboard to access their accounts, the Carriers 411s, the broker document library and easy-to-use sales tech tools like PRO Quote, our powerful, mobile-friendly quoting engine. They can connect to the public website, as well, for general information about Warner Pacific and the sales assistance, innovative technology and back-office support we offer agents.
