To be able to log in to the app, you need Mobile BankID
In the app you then get a number of choices where you have the opportunity to book a time for video visits, for example.
You may need to answer a few questions before the visit and depending on whether you have high cost protection or not pay with your credit card, otherwise the visit is free of charge.

When we book a digital visit with us you will get a notice on this in your phone
then you can log into the app and see when the visit is scheduled.

At the time of the meeting we will call you, you do not have to wait in the app.
