You may need to answer a few questions before the visit and depending on whether you have high-cost protection or do not pay with your credit card, otherwise the visit is free.

When you book a digital visit with us, you will receive a note on this in your phone
Then you can log in to the app and see when the visit is planned.

At the time of the meeting we will call you, you do not have to sit and wait in the app.
