PLC Scale used to convert field signal (like 0-10Vdc, 4-20mA or customise range) to PLC values (like 0-2000, 0-4000, 0-32767 or customise range).Also it is used to calibrate the instruments at the field by comparing the resultant the value.

[Customise range as 0-10 Bar, 0-100 Deg, 0-50Hz, 0-1440 Rpm]

This application is mainly designed for PLC Programmer, Instrumentation / Electrical / Electronics Engineers when they are working on field.

For example :

We have Analog Device with 4 - 20mA So write down 4 as Input Minimum & 20 as Input Maximum and we get PLC data in the range of 0 - 32767 so write down 0 as Output Minimum & 32767 as Output Maximum.

Now, if we get 12 mA then write it as Input Value and then click submit button.
You get resultant value = 16383.5

Same thing you can used for RPM, pressure or for temperature etc.

Basically you type your Input/Output minimum and maximum and then you type any value in one of those ranges and click submit button to convert that value to its correlating value in the other range.
