Internet Speed HUD (Microprobes) is an innovative heads-up car display specially designed for micro-network speed measurement. The tool works with only 1MB of data per measurement (as opposed to the usual 40MB) to minimize the load on the connection quota. When you download a file, it is not immediately transferred to your target device, but the transfer is done in parts and takes some time depending on your connection speed. Because connection speed depends on intervening devices and environmental factors, it can never be exactly the same and will vary.

If you are measuring a large file with a long loading time, an average/mean speed can be calculated. In fact, individual parts will arrive faster or slower and there is a range of variations.

Speed test (microprobiotic): The task is different than usual speed tests, accordingly not to measure an average/average speed over a longer period of time, but to measure the speed and fluctuations in the transmission of small data packets. 1 MB is downloaded per measurement, 1 measurement every 30 seconds.
